Hi! I’m Amy, a full-time realtor since 2014 and the founder of Amy Farrell Real Estate with William Raveis on the South Shore. For me, real estate is never just about buying or selling property. It’s about people, families, and life transitions… the exciting ones, the difficult ones, and everything in between.

My difference is simple. I’ve lived through major life changes myself: raising two premature babies, navigating divorce, losing both of my parents, and managing the emotional process of clearing and selling the family home. Those experiences taught me that moving is not always joyful, but it is always meaningful. They also gave me the empathy, humor, and resilience I bring to every client relationship.

I balance compassion with straightforward advice and even a touch of humor when the stress is high. Whether you are selling a longtime family home, buying your first place, or making a big transition, I provide not only guidance but also resources: staging, painting, cleaning out, landscaping… to help make the process easier.
